I had a great experience with Janie at Key Home Furnishings. I originally spoke to her in May of 2021 when all furniture stores were facing huge delays due to COVID. She was extremely knowledgeable and patiently walked me through all my options. We designed a custom sectional but I ended up deciding to wait to purchase it because the wait would be so long. I went with an inexpensive option that was in stock at a big box store to use until I was sure if what I wanted. When I contacted Janie again in February 2022, she still had all of my information and my design. I was able to simply order it over the phone. Key Home Furnishings has a ton of options on display, which allowed me to see in person what I was deciding between, and be able to sit on each piece and decide which models were the best for my family. They were helpful but low-pressure, and Janie was very responsive to all of the questions I sent via email.

We love Key Home Furnishing. I found the website while looking for a specific sectional. I browsed their enormous inventory and loved what I saw. I had some questions so I sent a message through their texting option on the website. Lorri responded quickly. She was knowledgeable, sent all the information I requested and more. She even sent pictures! The sectional we wanted was the Stanton 495. They had one in their secondary warehouse which meant a longer wait. But Lorri said she would have it transferred to the main warehouse even though I wasn't sure on buying yet. This made it so if I did want to buy it was more easily accessible and would be delivered quickly. A few days had gone buy and we were still contemplating the purchase. She was not pushy but maintained communication as needed. We decided we wanted to see it in person and went to the store. Lorri was waiting for us at the store in order to help with any questions and move forward with the purchase if we wanted. They were busy and she spent the time with us. We bought the Stanton sectional and decided to do their delivery as it's an amazing price! They will deliver, set it up, and remove the packaging. We highly recommend purchasing from Key Home. We had tried to work with other furniture stores (Ashley's) and hated the experience. Working with Lorri definitely made us comfortable with the purchase. She was our favorite. Quality sectionals are expensive and with the warranty, maintenance package, and delivery options, Key Home makes it all very easy to maintain a great couch! It was more than worth the hour drive to purchase from Key Home!

My wife and I were referred here by some family members. We have a had some bad experiences in buying furniture before. Our last couch was very expensive and has now fallen apart. Upon arriving in the showroom we were immediately greeted by a the wonderful salesperson Dan. He bestowed upon us all the knowledge we could have ever wanted to know and answered our questions promptly. He had us try out the furniture and made recommendations. He even gave my wife and I time to wander by ourselves and in doing so we decided to buy. He didn't try and upsell us or push us into anything he even told us to try out our new loveseat before purchasing other new items. Our new loveseat comes this week and both my wife and I cannot wait. We spent the weekend scowling at the eye site of a couch that we currently have occupying the specs our new loveseat will go in. Honestly you guys have made a fan and you have my business. Thank you for the wonderful buying experience.

We were only shopping for couches so I can't comment on the other products they sell but we visited a few places after first going to Key Home Furnishings to check other options and none had as many we liked. In fact the hardest job was narrowing down the choice there were so many we liked. We were originally planning on a 3 seater and a love seat (two seater) but the sales person pointed out another in between option which we didn't even know about and we ended up purchasing. Very happy with the price of the two couches (less than one at one of the other stores...but they do have higher end options). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and weren't constantly pestering us while we wandered around the store.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of stock and options they had while shopping for a new sectional. It's been 18 years since we bought a new couch so this was a big decision. Salesperson Kim Calder was amazing! She helped us find a the perfect size in the options we wanted that fit our space. We bought a down filled couch that was built locally in Tualatin so we are also supporting more than one local business by buying from this family owned store. Key Home Furnishings came through for us after one of the 'big box' stores (starts with an A) canceled our order a day before delivery. Devastated at the time, we took a trip to Home Key where we were helped by the local Furniture Wizard colloquially known as Tim. His knowledge of furniture is on par with the Library of Alexandria or perhaps the tree of Yddrasil itself! He casually flipped over hundred-pound chairs to demonstrate the differences in quality and warranties between brands for us until we honed in on a nice Basset. Thankfully, Key Home Furnishing has local stock that didn't require us to wait for another three weeks like the big-box stores. They scheduled our Basset to be delivered in less than two days with an excellent delivery & setup price. We received a call the day before to clarify any challenges involved with the delivery, and text notifications detailing every step of the process. I'd give the store a 6 out of 5 stars, but the Googs has deemed that 5 out of 5 is enough, just give the extra star to Tim the Furniture Wizard instead!

We found the quality of the furniture to be very good. We ordered a sofa and loveseat and it got delivered to us in 3 days (although they offered to deliver it sooner since it was in stock). The delivery was excellent. They gave us a 3 hour delivery window a day before the delivery date and then sent a text to me 10 minutes before they arrived. Three things I really appreciated about the experience and purchase- a wide selection of items & prices, helpful, knowledgeable staff and a locally owned business with competitive prices. The store is full of pieces in a variety of styles within a range of price points and all are well made and excellent quality. With so many choices on line and in stores, I really appreciated the staff input. We ended up working with Lynda, whose experience and good eye solved issues with the floor plan and space. She was attentive and full of helpful info but also knew when to pull back and give us time to think things through. No sales pressure in this store! Absolutely love this place!! I literally walked in and found the perfect sofa right away. Beautiful furniture for many types of styles.Dianne helped me and was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and a joy to work with. We were primarily interested in Stanton sofas as they're local, and other furniture stores' wait times for delivery were upwards to 3 months. We found some sofas that'd fit the bill at Key. We've never bought new sofas before, and the whole process was surprisingly pleasant. No high pressure sales or gimmicks, and our sales person was nearby and attentive enough to be available when we had questions.Most of our order is set to be delivered in less than a week, while the rest is 7-9 weeks out. A lot better than 2-3 months.

I needed a recliner sofa immediately as my wife's shoulder surgery was moved up by 6 weeks. No time to wait for 3 week delivery. Sales staff was very good. They were great about all questions, patient, and understanding. They were upfront and honest about their prices as well. Plus it was 15% less than what other stores offered on their sales prices for the sales that weekend. Soo happy with the service and the product!! Janie was soo fantastic - she helped me get the best pieces for my small space and my budget! She was soo patient w/my kiddos (and my inability to make fabric color decisions) She listened, was attentive and made it fun! Great customer service. I had given up hope on getting a sleeper couch for a room in my home which is has access via a very narrow and awkward hallway, but Key Home Furnishings was able to provide us a Stanton couch that came in different styles, sizes, color and fabric options - without the worry of the delivery as it can be taken apart and re-assembled in my home. Affordable and high quality furniture, very customer-driven service from a family-owned company.

My husband and I just bought a giant 6 piece sectional tonight. The quality customer service started before we even arrived in the store to make our final selection. I'd been looking at many sectionals for the past week and sending inquiry emails about details and availability on about 3 different couches. Tim got back to me very quickly with polite informative answers. So when my husband Paul and I came to the store tonight I already felt familiar and comfortable with the store. We shared with our sales person, also named Tim what we were interested in he quickly took us to our area of interest then he answered our questions and shared information with us. Very nicely he didn't hover but gave us time to discuss our decision. We finished our paper work with the manager Adam he explaining important details about delivery and the warranty. My husband and I were in dire need of some new pieces of furniture to fill out our new home. We went in looking for couches primarily and there were so many choices that I knew we would be able to find something we would both love. We wound up purchasing from Key Home Furnishings twice in the last three months. Our first was a Stanton Couch and Basset Hgtv headboard. We were provided with a lot of fabric and finishing options for both and couldn't have been happier with our purchase. Before we left we saw a couch and chair from another of the Stanton line and knew we would be back to purchase this item at a later date, and we were! The salesperson (Janie) helped us twice and she was the absolute sweetest along with having great recommendations. She listened to what we wanted (sleeper sofas/sectionals with a queen bed) and showed us all the choices available. She gave us great advice on fabric and other furniture options (Murphy bed from Night and Day) and was very understanding of us shopping with a toddler. We quickly received our purchases and the delivery men were cordial and professional. We will definitely seek out Key Home Furnishing for future furniture needs!

Really nice place to shop for new love seat. Tim was knowledgeable and patient as we took notes and sat on many Love seats before we could make a decision. Huge selection of leather reclining love seats and the price was fair for the high quality sofa we bought. Thank you Tim for all your help!

Kelsey and Chris @ Key Home Furnishings helped me with a warranty transfer for a Flexsteel Springfield sofa that they sold to a previous customer that I purchased. They were super courteous and went out of there way to make it happen for someone whom hadn't even purchased anything from them. The Flexsteel sofa is awesome and we are enjoying it very much! Thanks Kelsey, Chris, and KHF!!!

Super friendly staff. No pressure but were available when I needed them.
