How long will it take to receive my order?
If you live in our regular delivery area and all of your items are in stock, we can deliver as early as the same day or next day with Express Delivery. For other delivery options, please consult with your sales associate.
Will you assemble my furniture?
Yes. Premium Full Service Delivery in our regular delivery area includes assembly and set up options along with the removal of any packaging materials. Free Shipping does not include assembly, set up, or the removal of packaging materials. Items picked up at our warehouse may also require assembly.
What if my merchandise arrives damaged?
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all furniture and accessories at the time of delivery and make appropriate notations before signing. All damage to furniture, damage to packaging, missing items, or other problems must be noted in writing on the delivery paperwork.
If damage is noticed during delivery, please contact Key Home Furnishings immediately, while the delivery team is in your home. If you are unable to reach us, please note the damage in detail on the delivery ticket and accept the merchandise until we can resolve the issue. The customer service team will be able to serve you better with the furniture in your home and will contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if an item does not fit?
There is an additional fee of $99 per piece that would be applied if disassembly and re-assembly of sofa is required to fit into the room. Furniture that does not fit in the home will forfeit delivery refund and is subject to our Cancellations and Returns Policy.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Items can be picked up at our warehouse located at 7895 SW Hunziker St. Tigard, OR 97223. For more information please see our Warehouse Pickups page.
