What Is the Custom Sofa Buying Process?
Step 1: You know you want to start a project or make a change, but where would you begin? The simple answer to that is right here in our showroom! Here, you can meet with our designers to help you realize your vision. Our designers have access to a number of tools, from computer models of custom designed furniture, to our Room Planner tool where measurements can be used to show you exactly how your space will look. If you need extra help with your space, a home consultation can also be scheduled.
Step 2: After getting to know you, our designers get to work. Utilizing their extensive resources, our designers will select colors, design details, and textures that we think you will love. We will go over every detail with you to ensure we've made the right choices. If not, let us know! We are more than happy to change any part of the design to better match your vision.
Step 3: Once we perfect your order, the order is placed. After the order is placed, you can expect weekly email updates on the status of your furniture. The second it arrives in our warehouse, we give you a personal phone call to let you know your pieces have arrived. From there, our expert delivery teams can set up and help stage your home to your exact specifications and, if needed, your designer can accompany them to make sure everything is just right.
