Everything About The Street of Dreams 2022 - Rose Pointe Estates

It's July, which means it's time once again for the Street of Dreams! This year's show will feature 4 beautiful homes on the main site in Newberg Oregon with two additional homes in McMinnville. The neighborhood, Rose Pointe Estates, features 6 lots and some of the most amazing views in Oregon wine country.

Expect large, immaculately designed homes, with the finest materials, and exquisite landscaping. These homes are the very best that Oregon has to offer and this year is sure to be amazing. There are 3 homes located within the Rose Pointe Estates community, one home located in the parking lot along Quarry Road, and two homes located in McMinnville.

QUICK DETAILS

Open Daily 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. from July 23rd - August 14th
Bonus homes open weekends only from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Parking for the event is free. Guests will park a half mile from the event and will ride on a brief shuttle to Rose Pointe Estates.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased onsite at the ticket booth or online. Children 10 and under receive free admission.

Plan on spending at least 2 hours here to enjoy all 4 homes.

The Neighborhood

Rose Pointe Estates is located along NE Quarry Rd in Newberg and features 6 lots, all with at least 2 acres of space each. This exclusive hilltop community is in the heart of Oregon wine country and features expansive 360 degree views of the surrounding countryside.

The Houses

Each home has a unique builder with their own style and architecture preferences, but all homes will have gorgeous landscaping, and will be outfitted with the latest smart home technology and appliances. Interior designers will work their magic and make the homes come to life through paint and finishing choices, and furniture / accessory selections.

This year's house names are: Vineyard View Lodge, Hewn, Fika, and Laurelwood.
