Key Home Furnishings 2018 Street of Dreams Ticket Giveaway

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning 7/16/2018 at 9:00 AM (PST) through 7/22/2018 at 11:59 PM (PST) ("Promotion Period"), go to https://woobox.com/3o8m29 (the "Entry Form") and fill out the entry form. You will be automatically entered into Key Home Furnishings 2018 Street of Dreams Ticket Giveaway. The Prize winners' information will be posted daily on Key Home Furnishings' website at https://www.keyhomefurnishings.com/2018-Street-of-Dreams-ticket-giveaway.inc, July 17th to 23rd, 2018. If your email is posted on the Website, then you are a winner subject to verification. Limit one (1) entry per person per day for the Promotion Period. Entries must be completed by 11:59 PM (PST) on 7/22/2018. Key Home Furnishings is not responsible for Internet connection issues or website problems at entry form URL (https://woobox.com/3o8m29) that may cause problems entering this contest.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the State of Oregon and State of Washington who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Key Home Furnishings, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, promotion and other agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Void outside of Oregon and Washington and where otherwise prohibited.
2. RANDOM DRAWING: Two winners will be selected daily in a random drawing of eligible entries on or about the following date(s): 7/17/18 to 7/23/18. The winners will be selected from among all valid entries, received from participating region by Sponsor or its designee, the judges in this Ticket Giveaway, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified at https://www.keyhomefurnishings.com/2018-Street-of-Dreams-ticket-giveaway, and email at Sponsor's discretion. Key Home Furnishings is not responsible for undeliverable emails or emails not received by winners for any reason.
3. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (ARV)/ODDS: 14 Grand Prize: Winners will receive four tickets to the 2018 NW Natural Street of Dreams. Winners must pickup the prize in person by 8/26/18 during normal Key Home Furnishings business hours. Valid photo ID required for in-store pickup. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Limit one (1) prize per person per day on drawing dates listed above.
4. PICTURES: Winners of prizes in Key Home Furnishings 2018 Street of Dreams Ticket Giveaway are requested to have a picture taken for marketing purposes.
5. GENERAL: Potential prize winners must respond within 72 hours after the first email notification attempt to be eligible to claim prize. Key Home Furnishings is not responsible for undeliverable emails or emails blocked by spam filters or similar. Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of prize. If prize notification or prize delivery is returned as non-deliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. By participating, entrants and winner release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Key Home Furnishings, and their respective parent companies, retailers, affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with participation in the Ticket Giveaway, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize related activity. Winner acknowledges that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize, if any, are subject to the manufacturers' terms therefore and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in printing, offering or announcement of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Tickets can only be mailed to prize winner's Oregon or Washington mailing address or picked up in person during normal Key Home Furnishings business hours.
