Shipping Estimates are as follows:

All Oregon deliveries are customer contracted through Grappler Delivery and arranged by Key Home Furnishings.

 

Setup Delivery: $99, Setup includes:

 

Unlimited pieces.
One piece or 30 pieces; the price is only $99!

  • Inspection of furniture prior to delivery.
  • Furniture is professionally wrapped and packed to prevent damage.
  • Set-up in home (including up stairs).
  • Your home should be as clear as possible prior to delivery. Grappler Delivery will not move old furniture.
  • Delivery information and time frame will be provided the day/evening before your delivery.
  • 30 minute call ahead upon request.
  • Special handling such as, excessive movement of old funiture, furniture that cannot be delivered through the interior of the house or building, or needing extra personnel to complete your delivery safely, will require an additional fee based upon time and equipment needed and may constitute a damage release to be signed before delivery is completed.
  • All delivery fees are paid directly to Grappler Delivery.
  • Any damage claims to the home or furniture during delivery will be directed to KeyHomeFurnishings.com and must be reported at the time of delivery.
  • Deliveries rescheduled in route or that customer is not home will be charged a $50 reschedule fee.
  • Deliveries are non-refundable.

"Zone A" Includes as far west as Hillsboro, as far east as Gresham, and as far south as Salem. Customers located in Hillsboro, Gresham, and Salem need to be aware that the actual delivery dates are limited to Grappler delivery schedule. Grappler will inform you of the days they will be delivering in your area when they call to schedule. If you would like special accomodations, a minimum $50 fee will be added to the delivery total.

 

"Zone B" pricing is the same as "Zone A" Pricing with an additional $50 charge

All Washington deliveries are consumer-contracted through Top Line Delivery, Inc, or any other carrier of consumer's choice. Key Home Furnishings does not deliver to the state of Washington. Key Home Furnishings does not and will not act as a contract agent between consumer and delivery carrier.

Top Line Delivery, Inc's Charges (subject to change):
Clark County: 4.5% of sale (Minimum $129)
Cowlitz County: 6% of sale (Minimum $169)
Skamania County: 6% of sale (Minimum $169)

Setup Delivery Includes:
  • Furniture is professionally wrapped and packed to prevent damage.
  • Set-up in home, unless otherwise designated.
  • Top Line Delivery, Inc. (TLD) is a delivery service contracted by the customer and is not affiliated with the seller. Thus all delivery fees will be payable to TLD at time of delivery (cash or check only).
  • Any damage claims to the home or furniture during delivery will be directed to TLD and must be reported within 48 hours.
  • Your home should be as clear as possible prior to delivery.TLD will provide limited movement of old furniture on a 1 for 1 basis if necessary at no charge.
  • Special handling such as, excessive movement of old furniture, furniture that cannot be delivered through the interior of the house or building, delivered above a 3rd floor walk-up or needing extra personnel to complete your delivery safely, will require an additional fee based upon time and equipment needed and may constitute a damage release to be signed before delivery is completed.
  • Delivery information and time frame will be provided the day before delivery.Time requests are a request only and if approved may require an additional fee of $50.
  • Deliveries rescheduled in route or that customer is not home will be charged a $50 reschedule fee.
  • Delivery is non-refundable.
