Sleep Guarantee:
In order to make your mattress purchase as effortless as possible, Key Home Furnishings offers a Sleep Guarantee on all mattress sets with a purchase price above $599. The Sleep Guarantee allows customers’ 30 days from the delivery date to exchange their mattress set for another mattress set of equal or greater value. Key Home Furnishings is happy to extend our sleep guarantee on all Tempur-pedic mattress sets to 90 days from date of delivery as allowed by the manufacturers’ warranty. Often times, the body must adjust to the feel of the new set before being able to fully enjoy its benefits for a great nights sleep, therefore we ask our customers to sleep on their new mattress set for a full 30 days before making a decision to exchange.

Once a decision has been made to exchange your mattress set, please work with your sales associate to find an exchange that will better fit your needs. Please keep in mind that Key Home Furnishings cannot refund any amount of your purchase and is unable to cover transportation charges for the exchange. If a mattress of lesser value is purchased, no refunds of any kind will be issued. In the event that a mattress of higher value is purchased, you will be required to pay the difference.

Key Home Furnishings reserves the right to invalidate this sleep guarantee when, upon inspection, the mattress or foundation is found to be in unsanitary condition, soiled, or abused.

Delivery fees are not covered through the sleep guarantee.

Floor model mattresses are exempt from the sleep guarantee.
